The record of atmospheric pressure

We have a drought in Odessa & region. The earth is cracked. And now 06.11.2011 23:40 the air pressure 1037 Hpa, 778 mmhg. I haven't seen this.In the morning 07.11.2011 pressure 1040 Hpa, i.e. 780 mm mercury column.and in Moscow during the night it was 1045 Hpa at minus 10 Celsius - this is just a record.
